SosyoCRM Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how SosyoCRM users can request deletion of workspace-linked platform data or disconnect supported channel integrations such as Instagram and other connected messaging services.

1. Disconnecting a connected channel
Workspace administrators can disconnect a supported channel directly inside SosyoCRM by opening the relevant channel setup screen and using the disconnect action. When a channel is disconnected, active credentials and related operational state are reset for that workspace connection.
2. Requesting deletion of platform-linked data
If you want SosyoCRM to review and delete workspace-linked platform data associated with your account, send a request to info@sosyocrm.com using the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the following details in your request:
- Workspace or company name
- Connected platform name
- Connected profile username or account identifier
- Contact email used inside SosyoCRM
3. Verification and completion
For security reasons, SosyoCRM may verify the requester’s authority before completing any deletion request. Once the request is validated, we will process the deletion or disconnection task in line with platform rules, operational dependencies, and legal obligations.
4. Platform-originated callbacks
For supported platform integrations, SosyoCRM also provides the technical callback endpoints required by the platform for deletion and deauthorization flows. This page is the human-readable instruction page that should be used in app settings and review materials.
