1. Who we are
SosyoCRM is a customer communication platform that helps businesses manage messages and public interactions from multiple channels in a unified workspace. For privacy inquiries, you may contact us at info@sosyocrm.com.
2. What data we process
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and workspace membership.
- Channel connection data such as connected social profile IDs, usernames, access tokens, and webhook configuration metadata required to operate the service.
- Communication data such as direct messages, public comments, timestamps, media references, and delivery statuses.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser information, audit logs, and service health events needed for reliability and security.
3. Why we process this data
- To authenticate users and secure tenant access.
- To connect business communication channels and display the correct profile inside the workspace.
- To receive, organize, and respond to direct messages and public comments on behalf of the connected business.
- To provide automation, routing, reporting, and operational visibility features.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform policy requirements.
4. Platform data and third-party services
When a user connects a supported platform such as Instagram Business Login, SosyoCRM processes only the data required to deliver the requested functionality. We do not request or use platform permissions that are unrelated to active product features.
Platform data is handled according to the allowed usage of each permission and the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Data retention
We retain customer account and communication data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, support legitimate business operations, and comply with legal obligations. Workspace administrators may request disconnection or deletion of channel-linked data subject to contractual and legal requirements.
6. Data deletion and disconnection requests
Users may disconnect supported channels from within the SosyoCRM product. For privacy or deletion requests, contact info@sosyocrm.com and include the workspace name and the connected platform. Platform-originated deletion callbacks are also supported for applicable integrations.
7. Security
We use tenant isolation, authenticated access controls, encrypted secret storage, audit logging, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk. While no internet-based system is completely risk-free, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data.
