1. Service overview
SosyoCRM provides tools for businesses to connect supported communication channels, manage inbound conversations, respond to public interactions, and operate customer workflows from a tenant-isolated workspace.
2. Account and workspace responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their account details, the lawful connection of third-party channels, and the actions of their authorized users inside the workspace. Account owners must protect their credentials and notify SosyoCRM if they suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted use
- You may use the service only for lawful business communication, customer support, sales, and operational workflows.
- You may not use SosyoCRM to violate platform policies, spam users, misrepresent identity, or process data without proper authorization.
- Connected channel permissions must be used according to the applicable platform terms and allowed usage rules.
4. Third-party platforms
SosyoCRM integrates with third-party providers such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and web chat systems. Continued access to these providers may depend on their policies, permissions, review processes, API availability, and business verification requirements.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features when needed for product quality, legal compliance, platform policy alignment, or operational security. We aim to avoid changes that materially disrupt active customer workflows without notice.
6. Data handling
The collection, use, storage, and protection of customer and platform data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that connected data will be processed as required to provide the requested product functionality.
7. Termination
Customers may stop using the service and disconnect channel integrations at any time. SosyoCRM may suspend or terminate access in cases of policy violations, misuse, fraud, payment issues, or security risk.
